Indiana thrives when its neighborhoods, cities, towns and regions are strong. Building capacity around a community’s existing leadership and assets is the foundation for a sustainable and healthy community. The Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA), Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) and High Performance Government Network (HPG Network) have collaborated to create a curriculum of courses to help build capacity in Indiana’s hometowns.

Who: This course is designed for all Indiana community leaders, which includes but is not limited to: grant administrators, economic development offices, community foundations, etc. If you want to help your community grow and thrive in the 21st century, then this educational opportunity is for you.
What: This webinar module is focused on how to develop a vision for the future of a community. Participants will learn how to profile community assets, opportunities & challenges while incorporating the dreams & expectation of stakeholders.
