Summary of Workshop:

This workshop is intended to provide information on numerous Financing programs and also to showcase existing programs already in place at airports throughout Indiana. The first Finance workshop was held in 2013 and provided an introduction to numerous programs that airports could utilize to assist in funding projects on their airfield.

The 2016 workshop will provide attendees additional resources to new financing solutions as well as a more detailed perspective on the application and use of these programs to assist airports and their communities on airport revenues and project financing solutions.

Who Should Attend:

Airport Directors and Officials who wish to learn how to implement new financing techniques to assist in developing their airports. Airport leaders are strongly encouraged to bring their local Economic Development and other Community leaders to the workshop to assist in improving the dialog directly between these multiple groups that will be working together to allow for these types of programs to be not only implemented but to also maximize their effectiveness.

Location: Vincennes University, Technology Center, Indianapolis

The workshop will be hosted at the Aviation Technology Center – Vincennes University located at the Indianapolis International Airport at 2175 South Hoffman Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. Individuals who wish to fly in to the event should utilize airfield FBO services for ground transportation to the event.
